3.3. Contacts 
You may have access to a public directory that contains all information to work together
with users of this system. It also includes other contacts of public active directories
that you may contact via phone calls, emails or chat.
On top of this, you can create your own list of contacts by adding new contacts or
by changing the information coming from these public directories.
