8.13. Starting, using and adding to chat during a conference call 
During a conference call, guest and non-guest participants can exchange messages,
links or attachments with each other.
Guest participants can use the conference chat only if a moderator adds them to
it.
Only moderators are allowed to start the chat during a conference call.
