Parameter Description
Using AMO DSSU, devices of the switching unit (SWU) can be switched on or off (activated/deactivated). Using restart the functions deactivate and activate are combined. Additionally, devices may be signed off or signed on to a pen (Feature Autoset Relocate). In this AMO description, the term ’devices’ includes station lines, terminals, and trunks.
Devices may be switched, identified by their port equipment number (TYPE = PEN) or station number (TYPE = STNO).
For configuration of devices with different services for one station number (e.g. S0-Bus) these services may be switched individual.
All functional devices for S0-Bus can only be switched together. Parameter SVC is not allowed.
For display dependability states use AMO
SDSU
.
MSN station numbers:
This AMO enables the switch on and switch off for CP of MSN station numbers/MSN secondary stations numbers. To do this, the new service MSN was added. If service=MSN is used for a NON-MSN station number/MSN secondary station number the error message F23 will be displayed. Switch on is only allowed with ONTYPE=ANL, whereby the READY-Bit in CP is set. For switch off with OFFTYPE=DC the READY-Bit will be reset, with OFFTYPE=DI CP will be forced additionally to cancel all transactions of MSN station number immediately.
(please see AMO-
SBCSU
also)
B-channel of S0-Trunk circuit:
The second B-channel of S0-Trunk circuit can be switched individually. Switch on will be done by "activation with no loading", and switch off by "long term deactivation". If a non S0-Trunk circuit PEN is entered, message F22 will be displayed.
