Parameter Description
AMO HOTLN ( Internal Traffic Relations groups and Hotline/Offhook Intercept ) assigns the corresponding destinations for offhook intercept and hotline (voice and data) to a hotline index which is entered in the line table of each device by AMO

Offhook Intercept = Automatic call setup if dialing is not continued after a specific time period.
•
Hotline = Immediate call setup.
Max. up to 22 digits can be entered as destinations. Only the following are recommended:
•
for internal hotlining to voice devices

Subscriber DNs
–
Attendant console personal key (personal DN)
–
Attendant console general operator key (operator access code)
–
External DNs ( applies to hotline only )
–
Hunting group ( applies to hotline only )
–
Pickup group member
–
Internal DNI numbers

for internal hotlining to data devices

Subscriber DNs
–
Hunting group
•
for trunk hotlining to voice, data, or fax devices
When setting up a trunk to direct connect to a device, use ADD-HOTLN:TYPE=HOTDEST.
