KNTOP - AMO-KNTOP: administrates nodes topology

The main function of KNTOP is to Display the Node Partner Table Manual entrys for analog and digital trunks can be added, changed, deleted and regenerated. With START-KNTOP a trunk specific flag for the b-channel group is set. This is possible for CORNET-NQ trunks and starts the query mechanism
