ZAND - System data
This AMO can be used to change, interrogate, and regenerate central system data. The data is divided into different data types to provide a better overview. | ALLDATA | This includes all central system data from the database with the exception of the data that is changed by means of AMO FEASU (features). |
| ALLDATA2 | Added to this are a newly introduced country code and a pointer for the call processing buffer (CPB). Additional central system data are in this branch, because the number of parameters in branch ALLDATA has reached a technical limit. |
| ALLDATA3 | Additional central system data are in this branch, because the number of parameters in branch ALLDATA2 has reached a technical limit. |
| LCR | Settings for LCR - Class of services |
| RNGTYPE | The types of ringing can be changed via the administration and maintenance system to suit the various call types. |
| LOADWARE | Change loadware for individual line modules or SIU |
| CCM | The parameters for the branch CCM are system-specific |
| CIT | Configure virtual stations, settings for API interface |
| TONES | Tone table, assignment of CP tones to SIU tones |
| SIUTONE | Selection of country-specific settings for SIU, DTR, CONFO, and CONFC |
| CONFC | Selection of country-specific settings for CODE, CONFAT, STNAT. This branch is only for compact hardware |
| OPTLOAD | Load option table from hard disk |
| OPTTBL | Modify option table in database |
| CCD | Modify call charge display for station and attendant |
| DIUSL | Errortypes which cause softlocks may be entered |
| ATND | Settings for attendant console only |
| RESERVE | Settings in CENTR_FCT_SWITCH_SET. The meaning of each setting will be descripted in the release notes. Previous RESERVE parameters are migrated to AMO ZAND/ZANDE - see Release Notes for exact details. |
| OPTISET | Settings for OPTISET/OPTIPOINT devices |
| SIUXPER | Settings for peripheral SIUX boards |
| ACD | Settings for ACD-G |
| VMI | Settings for analog Voice Mail Interface |
| DOMAIN | Settings for Domain Identification of CUG |
| KEYSYS | Settings for Key System |
| DIST | Modify Diversion Sequence Table in database |
| ACC | Settings for Account Code |
| LEDTYPE | Assignment of LED cadences to 5 LED situations |
| MLPP | Multi-Level Precedence and Preemption Service |
Data which requires a special permission may be switched by function SET. All tables (except TONES, OPTTBL: Hard Disk) that are processed by means of this AMO must be initialized by the database, thus eliminating the function ADD from this AMO. The data is consequently only changed, interrogated, and regenerated.

Changing the loadware entry for SIU announcement texts:
More than one loadware variant exist on the hard disk. In order to enter the loadware variant code in the database, the following command must be used: CHA-ZAND:ALLDATA,SIUANN=6; (/ 6 / is loadware variant code in above example). The hard disk is searched for the corresponding loadware; if found, the code is entered in the database. The command ACTIVATE-USSU:SIU; is used to reload the SIU (also in standby system). In order to select the country-specific values for the SIU tones and dial tone receivers, the parameters SIU and DTR can be changed in accordance with the appropriate SIU tone and dial tone receiver tables. The selected tables must then be loaded in the SIU (ACT-USSU:SIU; or hard restart with the AMO REST). The parameters ANATESIG and HOLDTN in the AMO ZAND must be specified according to the following table for the various signaling types. | Parameter | Signaling |
| HOLDTN | ANATESIG | External call | Internal call |
| RA | TONE | Announcement | Music |
| MUSIC | TONE | Musik | Music |
| MUSIC | RA | Music | Announcement |
| RA | RA | Announcement | Announcement |
Change levelvariant for peripheral SIUX:
For peripheral SIUX countryspecific levelvariants may be set by means of INIT-files.
SET-ZAND

ANNCONN |
Callers in ACD-Groups wants no charging until an ACD agent answers. Normally, the charging at carrier starts immediately after the caller is connected by ACD to ACD announcement, which is triggered by CONNECT message sent from HiPath 4000 to carrier. Most of the carriers only connect through, if they receive a CONNECT message from HiPath 4000. If a carrier supports EarlyConnect (connect through without CONNECT message), then HiPath 4000 is able to send a PROGRESS Message and play the ACD announcement to the carrier without charging. This is maximum possible for 120 seconds, cause then the carriers expect a CONNECT message for speech path connection. This parameter enables to send a PROGRESS message instead of the CONNECT message, in order to start charging as soon as the real ACD agent answers. |

CPBLOWL |
CPB-LOWER-LIMIT (CPB = call processing buffer). The number of CPBs is determined by means of AMO-DIMSU. Some of the CPBs must remain available for incoming calls, forwarded calls and off-hook recall/code blue connections. Parameter CPBLOWL defines the CPB index up to which CPBs are available for initial seizure. The CPBs are seized in sequence, starting at the highest index down to the lower limit index. When this limit is reached, the device handler will permit no further initial seizures. A second parameter, CPB-UPPER-LIMIT, defines the number of CPBs which must be released before the OVERLOAD status is reset. The value for the parameter CBPLOWL must be greater than the number of line circuits (see AMO DIMSU). DB-Initialization: 80 |

Type of Input: |

CPBUPPL |
CPB-UPPER-LIMIT (CPB = call processing buffer). The value for this parameter must be greater than CPBLOWL. CPBUPPL must also be equal or less than the maximum number of CPBs (AMO DIMSU). DB-Initialization: 100 |

In a system which is within a net compound the PNNO must be configured at any time (unequal zero node number). PNNO is used by following AMOs : KNTOP and RICHT (for closed numbering plan only for information purposes). The node number can have 1 to 3 levels. Form : <level2>-<level1>-<level0> (e.g. 1-2-3 or 3-15 => corresponds to 0-3-15, or 222 => corresponds to 0-0-222). The levels must be built up from low level to high level (not valid : e.g. 1-0-12 or 1-0-0). All node numbers in net must be adapted to the top level. Level0 = 0 - 999 Level1 = 0 - 253 Level2 = 0 - 29 (DB-Initialization : 0) |
