This AMO is an extension of AMO-ZAND This AMO can be used to change, interrogate, and regenerate central system data. The data is divided into different data types to provide a better overview.

The MLPP(multi level preselection and preemption) feature will allow users to assign priorities to a call. Calls with higher priority will preempt calls with lower priority when they are the reason that the called party is busy. Calls with higher priority will preempt calls with lower priority if they occupy resources which are needed by the call with the higher priority.

Changing the parameter USERBUSY in branch ACD :
When the parameter USERBUSY (how B-Channels are released) is changed, seizure attempts following such ACD calls with TDCSU SRCHMODE=ASC/DSC will be released with 'Requested circuit / channel not available', therefore either TDCSU SRCHMODE=CIR should be used or it should be ensured a second route (even using the same trunk group) is available in LDAT with AMO-RICHT parameter REROUT=YES.
