215.2.2 CHANGE-WABE

With this command, different actions which change existing entries in the DPLN tree can be performed by entering the parameters CDNEW, DESTNO, ARN, CFREMVAR or CFREMSE. The parameters can be entered alternative only, except CFREMVAR and CFREMSE, that can be entered together.

Entering the parameter CDNEW allows to change the CD of existing entries. All data like DPLN or CPS is kept, the entry only is moved in the DPLN tree. It is also possible to move only such entries, that have certain characteristics in their DARs. After moving data to destination the entry at the source is deleted. In case of a CD range the action is performed for every single CD.

If a valid ARN (01 to 99) is stored for a CD with DAR OWNNODE, CDNEW must have maximum 4 digits. The CDNEW (office code) is assigned to the current ARN. A previously assigned office code is overwritten.

Entering the parameter DESTNO allows to change the DESTNO still assigned to the CD. If VNR feature is active , CD must be entered as long number for STN : Access code + STN. This function only affects the DAR STN, NETW, NETWFAX and NETWDTE. In case of DAR STN also DESTNO=0 is allowed (external->internal), just as the old value can be 0 (internal->external). If STN is still assigned internal, the command will be rejected with F11. For the network DARs, only an external DESTNO (1..254) can be specified (as DESTNO=0 is the actual system -> internal DESTNO). In addition the parameter CPS must be specified (see also DAR parameter default values).

The alternative reference number of the CD can be changed by entering the parameter ARN (for information on ARN, see 7/8-digit DPLN). This action is valid only for CD with DAR OWNNODE. Valid values for ARN are 00 for "no ARN" and 01 to 99 for "valid ARN".

The ARN to office code assignment table for digit code display is updated as follows:

•

If the ARN is changed from no ARN to a valid ARN, the CD (office code) is assigned to the new ARN. A previously assigned office code is overwritten.

•

If the ARN is changed from a valid ARN to "no ARN", the CD (office code) is removed from the old ARN if this code is still assigned. Another office code is assigned to the old ARN if the old ARN is stored in the dial plan at another CD.

•

If the ARN is changed from a valid ARN to another valid ARN, the CD (office code) is removed from the old ARN if this code is still assigned and the CD is assigned to the new ARN. A previously assigned office code is overwritten. Another office code is assigned to the old ARN if the old ARN is stored in the dial plan at another CD.

•

If the ARN actually stored in the dial plan is entered, the CD is assigned to this ARN. A previously assigned office code is overwritten. This function is used to enter a CD (office code) selectively into the table or to rebuild the ARN to office code assignment table for digit code display during data output of action REGENERATE.

Entering the parameter CFREMVAR and/or CFREMSE allows to change the supplementary information of a DAR assigned to the CD. This action is valid only for a CD of DAR AFWDREM, DF WDREM or FWDREM.

DARs that receive additional information from other AMOs (LDPLN ,SA, VFGKZ and RICHT and GKREG), e.g. GATEWAY(Gateway), CO (= central office), ATND (= attendant position) cannot be changed.

Note on CD relocations (parameter CDNEW)

It is not possible to change DAR=STN!

Procedure for changing DAR=STN:

•

Create new station number range with AMO WABE

•

Transfer STN-CD to the new range with AMO SCSU.

•

Delete old station number range with AMO WABE.

If a CD range is changed, only the lower range of destination is to be input. All data regarding DPLN, CPS and gaps are transferred identically, with numbering in ascending order, from the old range to the new range.

Note for all types of change commands

Changes which cannot be implemented with this function must be carried out using the delete command followed by the add command.

If the DPLN parameter is missing, only the CPSs that were added independently of the DPLN are modified. On the other hand, if the DPLN parameter is specified, the DPLN-independent CPSs are not modified.

If no appropriate point can be found among the specified station numbers for the requested change, an error message is output (F40).

DAR parameter default values

If the parameter DAR is not declared, different default values apply, depending on what is changed.

•

If CDNEW is entered, the default value is ALL

•

If DESTNO is entered, the default value is STN.

•

If ARN is entered, the default value is OWNNODE.

•

If CFREMVAR and/or CFREMSE is entered, the default value is AFWDREM, DFWDREM or FWDREM.

Examples

All DAR=SNR (and no other DARs) in the range 800-999 are relocated to the range 3800-3999.

DAR=NETW for the station number 7125 (DPLN=7) receives the new DESTNO 125 to replace the previous DESTNO.

The default value DAR=STN (previously DESTNO=0) is assigned as an external DAR with DESTNO 164, for the station number range 2127 to 2133 while VNR is not active.

The default value DAR=STN (previously DESTNO=0) is assigned as an external DAR with DESTNO 164, for the station number range 2127 to 2133 in Virtual node with Access Code of 19 while VNR is active.
