Feature:

NCT (Network Call Transfer), enables the Network Call Transfer (NCT) feature on an PRI B-channel group.

Function:

This parameter will be set when the Feature Network Call Transfer (also called Explicit Call Transfer) is requested by the customer. NCT enables the MCI-NCT feature on an MCI PRI B-channel group.
Hints:
This feature is currently only supported by selected US Public PRI protocols.
If a trombone connection occurs on the same B-Channel group, NCT can be invoked to transfer to call to the Public Network, but only if this COT is set.
NCT is a separate feature defined in MCI protocol specification.
