12.1.15.3. Generation (Example) 
Prerequisite
The agent must be logged on and available.
Configuration:
- Parameter SUPAGTNU is set to YES in AMO ZAND branch ACD.
CHANGE-ZAND:TYPE=ACD,SUPAGTNU=YES;
- The Call Director has to be flagged as CALLDIR in AMO SDAT.
- The behavior in case of a forwarding set for the agent's station is controlled by the AGTFWD parameter from AMO ACDSD.
