12.1.16.5. Restrictions Previous topic Parent topic Child topic Next topic

In order to avoid miss-usages, some restrictions were introduced:
  • For Virtual Agent station AMO SDAT allows only AGENT attribute to be set from ACD attributes set. Error F80 is generated if other ACD attribute is set.
    Example:
    F80: 15281 AUTOLOG IS NOT ALLOWED FOR SCSU DEVICE AUXDIGI          
    VIRTUAL AGENT
  • AMO SDAT rejects deletion of STAOND or AGENT attribute if an AGENT is already logged on virtual agent station. Error F79 is generated:
    F79: STAOND ATTRIBUTE CANNOT BE DELETED, BECAUSE VIRTUAL AGENT          
    IS STILL LOGGED ON
    F79: AGENT ATTRIBUTE CANNOT BE DELETED, BECAUSE VIRTUAL AGENT          
    IS STILL LOGGED ON
  • ACL rejects deletion of Static OND data, via CSTA Set Forward Request, if an AGENT is already logged and available
    AckCode = improperCallState
