OpenScape 4000 allows logon of an AGENT on the virtual agent station, but rejects the request to set AVAILABLE mode for the agent if Static OND is not set. If Static OND is set, the agent can become available. Only the combination of virtual station and Static OND allows ACD features to be available for an AGENT without a physical device.
If these conditions are met, then Virtual Agent with Static OND behaves as a classic Agent with Static OND.
