A call can be held in up to sixteen call waiting queues. If more than sixteen destinations are specified for this call, these are only connected when a destination becomes free. If a call is routed to a free agent who does not reply, the agent's status is set to UNAVAILABLE (call distribution disabled) as soon as the FNA timer expires (after 20 s). The call is then lost.
