11.6.9. Priority Signalling of Urgent Exchange Calls for CCM in Meet-me
Operation 
Incoming exchange calls which are direct-dialled to the CCM system,
or forwarded to the CCM system from a user's telephone, are signalled
with the "urgent" CCM priority code (CCMSURG).
- Configure circuit with the TSCSU AMO as for CCM in Meet-Me operation.

CDGT=x y; x = normal call, y = urgent call
