This option was developed with the Charge Pulse Metering and Sending feature,
but is not a requirement for activation of metering pulse sending.
By activating internal CDR after end-of-dialing, recording for internal
connections (and therefore also the start of metering pulse sending)
is set to start at end-of-dialing (ringing state).
