17.1.2. Examples of COT Parameter Initializations 
This section shows basic initialization sets for a number of given
network configurations.
Each example may be expanded with further useful COT parameters where
appropriate.
Selected network configurations:
- Digital exchange traffic via S0/S2 interface
- Digital main/satellite PBX traffic via S0/S2 interface (OpenScape 4000/OpenScape 4000)
- Digital tie traffic via S0/S2 interface
- Digital inter-PBX traffic via S0/S2 interface (OpenScape 4000/OpenScape 4000 = Local Internal Networking)
- Main / Satellite PBX traffic with loop signalling
- Main / Satellite PBX traffic with WTK signalling
- Digital exchange (CO) traffic with speed dialling

IMPORTANT:
Note on figures and tables in the examples: Lower
case letters " a ", "b", "c", ..., "z"
in figures and tables indicate that the parameters are direction-specific. This
is important to remember when dealing with OpenScape 4000 configurations
with more than one outgoing direction.
