The E1 CAS must be configured before executing this step. The feature must be activated using COP: PRMT and COT: MLPR.
Example for Enhancement for MLPP Level and Preemption - new COP
CHANGE-COP:COPNO=246,COPTYPE=COPADD,

CHANGE-COT:COTNO=246,COTTYPE=COTADD,
PAR=MLPR;

For T1 CAS - PRMT parameter must not be activated.
