14.4.7.2. Assignment of the MLPP call queues on AC-Win-MQ Application Previous topic Parent topic Child topic Next topic

The assignment of the individual call types and calls based on their origin to the 12 queues is system-specific and is performed by OpenScape 4000 administration. The label on each call queue key informs the user about the type of calls in the assigned queue. You can label the fields under the source buttons:
In the Options menu, select AC-Win Settings.
Click on the Queues tab
Click on the desired name field and enter a text for the keys F3-F6 (e.g. P1-P4).
Minimum requirements for AC-Win-MQ:
  • Windows 2000® suitable PC with at least: 350 MHz clock frequency
  • 64 MB RAM if just AC-Win is used
  • HD > 2 GByte with at least 20% free disk space
  • Sound Card with active speakers or Multimedia Keyboard
  • Integrated interface card (Up0E) to the communication system
  • Integrated CD-ROM drive
  • Graphic resolution of 1280x1024 pixels
  • 19" monitor; 21" monitor recommended
