4000 can accept the clock from DPNSS1 (depending on prio and error counters) And if
the circuit is configured through CDGM to retrieve the clock from
DPNSS/DASS
OR
OpenScape 4000 does not accept clock from DPNSS-Network but
delivers it (PRIO=0) (for details see also
Section 46.5.6, "Network Clock Supply").
OpenScape 4000 should always accept the clock from a DASS circuit and never deliver
it.
