5.13.2.5. Classes of service OVCAT and SPECAR 
There are two classes of service for CLIP and COLP (per service).
- OVCAT : Override category The number of the called/calling party is displayed at the called/calling party in spite of a "secret number" classmarking (this only applies to functional terminals).
- SPECAR: Special arrangement When a functional terminal sends its own call number to the system, the plausibility of this number is not checked (this applies to both directions of seizure).
