5.36.5.1.1. Feature Description Previous topic Parent topic Child topic Next topic

Even if the VNR feature is activated, all attendant consoles/attendant console groups for each node should be available under the same number.
The access code for incoming trunk calls (ATND) and attendant code (MEL) for internal calls are configured on a node-dependent basis, as are the personal station numbers of the attendant consoles. In the same way as with VNR stations, the same codes can therefore also be used in multiple virtual nodes.
If, for example, attendant console groups distributed across several physical nodes (OpenScape 4000 systems) are moved to one physical and several virtual nodes, the attendant console groups can retain their codes, but will be addressed uniquely via the node code of the virtual node and the existing codes of the attendant console group.
IMPORTANT:
If VNR is activated, attendant console groups and attendant consoles can only be uniquely reached with the node code of the virtual node where the codes are configured.
