When tracing calls on MFC-R2 trunks, a report is printed out and the line is cleared down once the caller has been traced.

Restrictions

  • When both COT parameter AMFC and TRACE=YES is set in AMO SBCSU, the user must activate there TRACE or DTMF features via the corresponding code WABE.
  • MCID call clearing control (MCID after disconnect) is only possible until the station goes on hook. Once the device has entered in idle status, it is no linger possible to invoke MCID.
  • Attendant does not support MCID call clearing control (MCID after disconnect)
