You can 'transfer' the COS1 classes of service from the home station to the foreign station and operate them from the foreign station.
CHA-PERSI:TYPE=COPIN,COPIN=number,TRANSFER=ALL;
To use the home station's current COS for identification at the foreign station:
CHA-PERSI:TYPE=COPIN,COPIN=number,COSHOME=YES;
