14.5.4.4. Configuration in the Session Border Controller Previous topic Parent topic Child topic Next topic

You might have to configure the following parameters in the session border controller:
  • Time settings
  • External IP address for the WAN interface (allocate by the service provider)
  • Internal IP address for the LAN1 interface
  • DNS
  • Firewall settings
  • IP address of the SIP service provider
  • SIP settings
  • Configure the HG 3500 IP address as gateway
Please refer to the appropriate and used SBC.
In case an OpenScape SBC is used, please refer to the OpenScape SBC Configuration Guide, chapter 3.6 SBC using OpenScape 4000 as SIP Server
