It has to be considered that calls ringing at an attendant console are counted. Internal, central office calls and charge calls to this attendant group are counted. Two buffers from the allocated CQMAX buffers are reserved and cannot be used for regular queuing. Even if the attendant group is in permanent night mode to an external attendant group buffers need to be allocated in order to process recalls, intercept calls, serial calls and on hook transfer calls to the external attendant group. Each of these calls allocate one buffer in the originating attendant group till this call is answered.
