:
Configures ACD Routing Tables which may assign steps which will route to an ACD group (RTGRP). If an ACD group is referenced in an ART that group cannot be deleted.

Configures ACD agents which can be assigned to ACD groups by AMO ACDGP. To delete an ACDGP you must first remove all the agents assigned to that ACDGP.

:
Determines the number of ACD groups which can be set up in the system.

:
Set the supervisor ACD attribute to an already created extension. This extension can be used for supervisor extension SUPEXT in AMO ACDGP.

Configures STNOs that can become the attribute for ACD supervisor set, which is assigned as SUPEXT by AMO ACDGP.

:
Sets the ACD feature on or off. ACD groups can not be added or changed if the ACD feature is off.
