KCSU - Keysystem configuration in switching unit

For terminals in the optiset E and in the optiPoint 500 family as well as for opti IP terminals, the "Keysystem functionality" feature enables users to access their own lines as well as the lines of other users via suitable keys (for a more comprehensive description, see also Feature Usage Example "Integrated Key Functionality Multi-line access" in the Service Manual ).

Regular optiset E/optiPoint 500/optiIPs installed with the AMO SBCSU are reconfigured for this purpose with the AMO KCSU and are thus provided additionally with the above functionality.

As Spirit IP Phones will be configured using the already existing opti-IP device configuration, the required KCSU functionality to support Spirit IP Phones to be upgraded to Keysystems (and vice versa) is already present. KCSU is extended with Spirit IP phone feature to allow administration of which type of Electronic Key Label shall be used and which individual text shall be used for the Electronic Key Label

Terminals with this additional functionality are referred to in the following as keysets.

The following are the requirements applicable for installing a keyset :

Every keyset always has a LINE key for its own line (so-called primary line), and is able to access the lines of other keysets via max. 28 additional LINE keys (so-called secondary lines).

Overall, the AMO KCSU consists of the following functions : CR (RQ00025656): New OpenStage sidecar type has two additional keys (= 18). The low-cost-sidecars are only supported on OS15-phones and OS40-phones and they use the following key mapping:
OPENSTAGE from 1 to 91 (to support key mod. with 16 or 18 keys)

Deskphone CP100/CP110/CP200/CP210 use the following key mapping:
Deskphone CP400/CP410/CP600/CP700/CP710 use the following key mapping:

ADD-KCSU

ADD-KCSU STNO=<number>,
TYPE=PRIM,[PRIMKEY=<number>], [RIOP=<param>], [ORLNPF=<param>], [TMLNPF=<param>], [SGLBMOD=<param>], [BUSYRING=<param>], [APRIVAT=<param>], [AICS=<param>], [LINETONE=<param>], [BUSYSIGN=<param>], [PRIOCALL=<param>], [SAMEPRIO=<param>], [RINGTYPE=<number>], [RINGVOL=<number>], [DSSPRIO=<param>], [TWINNING=<param>], [OFFTYPE=<param>],

[SLKTYPE=SLKTEXT],SLKTXT=<string>;
TYPE=SEC,KYNO=<number>, STNOSEC=<number>, RIOP=<param>, [AICS=<param>], [OFFTYPE=<param>], [DSSLINE=<param>], [RINGTYPE=<number>], [RINGVOL=<number>],
[SLKTYPE=SLKSTNO];
[SLKTYPE=SLKNAME];
[SLKTYPE=SLKTEXT],SLKTXT=<string>;

ADD-KCSU

With the action ADD

Examples
  1. Reconfigure optiset 4740 to keyset 4740 and put primary line on key number 1.
    Incoming calls on the primary line shall be signalled by ringing tone.
    For the automatic line selection for outgoing calls the primary line shall be used, while for incoming calls the lines with ringing tone shall be preferred.
    Pressing any LINE key shall always result not only in selection, but also simultaneous seizure of the line.
    An additional incoming call will be signalled by an alert ring (only for a line with ringing option).
    Every call shall be treated as a private call, i.e. no other keyset can enter the line.
    The automatic incoming call signalling option defaults to the input value for the ringing option (RIOP=YES), so an incoming call on the primary line (if a headset is present) will be automatically collected.
    The optiset 4740 is implicitly deactivated by the KCSU and reactivated following the reconfiguration process.

    Input
    ADD-KCSU:STNO=4740,TYPE=PRIM,PRIMKEY=1,RIOP=YES,
    ORLNPF=PRIME,TMLNPF=RING,
    SGLBMOD=YES,BUSYRING=ALERT,APRIVAT=YES,
    SLKTYP=SLKSTNO;
    Output
    H01: THE STATION 4740 IS NOW ASSIGNED AS A KEYSET.
    H02: THE STATION 4740 IS RELEASED FOR CALL PROCESSING.

  2. Add secondary lines 2163, 2164 and 2175 on key numbers 7, 8 and 9.
    Incoming calls for 2163 and 2175 shall be signalled by LED + ringing tone, for 2164 only by LED.
    The automatic incoming call signalling option defaults to the input value for the ringing option (RIOP=YES&NO&YES), so an incoming call for 2163 and 2175 will be automatically collected (if a headset is present), while for 2164 the loudspeaker key must be pressed.
    The affected keysets 4740, 2163, 2164 and 2175 are implicitly deactivated by the KCSU and reactivated.

    Input
    ADD-KCSU:STNO=4740,TYPE=SEC,KYNO=7&8&9,STNOSEC=2163&2164&2175,RIOP=YES&NO&YES;

CHANGE-KCSU

CHANGE-KCSU

The following settings can be modified with the action CHANGE for a keyset (parameter STNO) :

Examples
  1. Move the primary line for keyset 4740 from key number 1 to key number 5.
    The affected keyset 4740 is implicitly deactivated by the KCSU and reactivated.

    Input
    CHANGE-KCSU:STNO=4740,TYPE=PRIM,PRIMKEY=5;

  2. Change the ring option for the secondary line 2175 on key number 9.
    The affected keysets 4740 and 2175 are explicitly deactivated by the KCSU and reactivated.

    Input
    CHANGE-KCSU:STNO=4740,TYPE=SEC,KYNO=9,STNOSEC=2175,RIOP=YES,OFFTYPE=DI,SLKTYP=SLKSTNO;

  3. Change the secondary line belonging to key number 9 from 2175 to 2165.
    The affected keysets 4740, 2175 and 2165 are implicitly deactivated by the KCSU and reactivated.

    Input
    CHANGE-KCSU:STNO=4740,TYPE=SEC,KYNO=9,STNOSEC=2165,RIOP=YES;

DELETE-KCSU

DELETE-KCSU STNO=<number>,
[TYPE=PRIM],[OFFTYPE=<param>];
[TYPE=SEC],[KYNO=<number>], [OFFTYPE=<param>];

DELETE-KCSU

The action DELETE can be used for deleting the secondary lines and the primary line for a keyset (parameter STNO) (the parameter TYPE is not specified), and the keyset can thus be reconverted into a normal optiset E/optiPoint 500/optiIP.

Secondary lines as well as the primary line can also be separately deleted - with

Example
  1. To delete the secondary line on key number 7 for keyset 4740.
    The affected keysets 4740 and 2163 are implicitly deactivated by the KCSU and reactivated.

    Input
    DEL-KCSU:4740,SEC,7;

  2. To delete all secondary lines for keyset 4740.
    The affected keysets 4740, 2164 and 2165 are implicitly deactivated by the KCSU and reactivated.

    Input
    DEL-KCSU:4740,SEC;

  3. To delete the primary line for keyset 4740,
    i.e. to reconvert the keyset to an optiset without keysystem functionality.
    The affected keyset 4740 is implicitly deactivated by the KCSU and reactivated following the reconfiguration process.

    Input
    DEL-KCSU:4740,PRIM;
    Output
    H05: THE STATION 4740 IS NO LONGER ASSIGNED AS A KEYSET.

  4. To delete all secondary lines and the primary line of the keyset 4740,
    i.e. to reconvert the keyset to an optiset without keysystem functionality.
    The affected keysets 4740, 2163, 2164 and 2165 are implicitly deactivated by the KCSU and reactivated.

    Input
    DEL-KCSU:4740;
    Output
    H05: THE STATION 4740 IS NO LONGER ASSIGNED AS A KEYSET.

DISPLAY-KCSU

DISPLAY-KCSU [STNO=<number>], [TYPE=<param>];

DISPLAY-KCSU

With the action DISPLAY (without specifying the parameter TYPE), a list with the LINE keys that are used as well as a list of all keysets for which the displayed keyset is available as a LINE key can be displayed for a keyset (parameter STNO).

Both lists can also be separately displayed with

Examples
